- Medical professional personnel including paramedics, EMT's and RN's are "insureds" under the policy
- Loading and unloading of patients is a general liability exposure
- Coverage for medical director's administrative duties included; coverage for direct patient care duties optionally available
- Incident trigger
- Coverage included for sexual abuse and molestation allegations
- Prior acts and extended reporting available
- Worldwide coverage as long as the claim or suit is brought in the US
- First dollar coverage or low deductibles available

- $1,000,000/$3,000,000 primary and Excess available
- Optional defense costs in addition to the limit available
